When I capture from my DV camera using Pinnacle 8 it splits the shots using to time-code (I know that for sure because I hadn't set the time and date on the camera when I made the first few shots and they where not split). Hi, I have purchased the above camera and I am getting the said error very regularly. This occurs to such an extent that it makes the camera useless... A video DVD has three VOB files. It plays faultlessly in a DVD player program. I need to edit it. It imports OK into Vegas, but as three segments. However carefully I align, there is a video and audio dropout at the joins. I have tried rendering to a single avi using AutoGK. Video/Audio synch is lost. This matters - it's a recording of a musical performance. Any better ideas?
