Well, can you tell me where I can find an testing process for my convert

Without knowing what your application is in detail this would be
almost impossible!

We were talking about hardware testing. Testing software is a
totaly different ball-game. IMHO any writer of software should also
include a testing regime in his plan. However - this is somewhat
off-topic for this group. grin

Harry.

I just need the YCbCr value for the full saturred color RGB YCM, for testing
my convert process.
I have some value in my book
Ex for the red color RGB(255,0,0)
YCbCr = 65, 100, 212 in 75% YCbCr colors bars
I have
YCbCr = 81.535, 90.26, 239.945 in 100%
YCbCr = 61.1512, 90.26, 239.94 in 75% amplitude and 100% satured.

I don't get why my value is so far from those of my book (video demystified)

I get the above values.

I have
YCbCr = 81.535, 90.26, 239.945 in 100%

The above agrees with the book.

YCbCr = 61.1512, 90.26, 239.94 in 75% amplitude and 100% satured.

I have no idea, without seeing your working, of where you get these
values from. Although I note that the C values are the same as those
for the 100% bars!

Harry.
