Place it in your computer copy the files to HDD change the Vob Extension to
Mpeg. Edit with you Videio edit program, by splitting the video at the
start of the brake and again at the end. Select the Brake and delete and so
on.
If you recorded it on a Stand alone DVD recorder. Providing its not been
finalised. You may be able to do the same on the recorder. Read the manual

Download VideoRedo Plus (30 day free trial) - it specialises in what you
want to do. Highly recommended.

Get a Panasonic recorder, put your DVD into the recorder, press the direct
navigator button, select the programme, press the options button, select
chapter view, press OK, press OK, forward the dvd to the point you want to
delete part of the programme, press pause, press creat chapter, press OK,
press play, when you reach the end of the adverts, press pause, press creat
chapter, press ok, repeat this for all the adverts, press stop, you will be
presented with all the parts of the programme you want to edit, select the
part you want to delete, press delete, repeat for all the parts you want to
be rid of, press return, and you will have the original programme without
any adverts.

It would be wise to copy the programme onto the hard drive before you do any
editing just in case you make a mistake, and lose part of the programme you
want to keep!
