 Alba RDVD1000 ? I have an Alba RDVD1000 DVD recorder, which, when I record from the TV onto a DVD+R/W will not then allow me to copy from this DVD+R/W onto a different machine. It keeps showing on screen a security warning. I can copy to tape, but even trying to copy from tape onto another DVd brings the same warning message up Why and what can I do ? James   |

James Stop trying to beat the copy protection ....and post your digital TV type questions the correct group - then this group might slowly return to discussing the creation of video content - hopefully. |

James Using a PC, you can use either AnyDVD or DVD Cloner V. If you use AnyDVD, anything read into your PC has DRM (Digital Rights Management) cleaned off the video, but you'll need something like Nero to copy/burn another DVD. DVD Cloner removes the DRM, copies and burns without additional software. -- Alpha |
