| Can anybody recommend a good make of Mini DV tape and also where to buy them from. I have been using Maxell DVM60SE tapes but am curious to know if there is atape that wil give better quality. Thanks, Andy |

You might get more longevity, or more recordings per tape, but none will give you better quality. If your current tape gives you recordings without dropout problems, stick with it - that way you won't ever find out if this rumour about dry vs wet tap lubricant is true or bunkum... |
