 Premiere Elements Encoder activation error I'm trying to activate the MPEG encoder in Premiere Elements 3.0 2 I copy the serial number it gives, add my location and product etc as requested but then get an error message saying id is required, country is required product is required, despite the fact that I've just entered them. I have a photo of the error page if anyone can help HELP!   |
