I wonder if someone can help. I have recently subscribed to photobucket,
thinking that it would be an extremely quick and simple way of say loading
20 photos up onto a Web page so that they could be seen by friends and
family.
However no matter how I have tried tried to configure it, all I can seem to
achieve is ending up with a list of urls, which have to be clicked on
individually to produce a single image.
I just can't see what I'm doing wrong, I have followed every instruction I
can find on their website, but I just can't seem to produce a single url Web
page consisting of multiple thumbnail images which can be individually
enlarged, could someone please enlighten me exactly what I'm doing wrong,
before I uninstall it and revert back to creating my own more involved Web
page photo album. TIA

I stongly recommend Picasa. It's well designed, easy to use, free and will
do just what you want.

Thank you Malcolm, I'll give it a try tomorrow and see how I get on with it.

In the past I'm certain that I've seen Photobucket pages with a series of
thumbnail photos which you click on to enlarge, but maybe they've changed
things, or it's only a feature that one gets if they are paying subscriber.

In conjunction with Picasa you can publish your photos to Google's
photo site, or set up a blog.

Due to commitments I haven't yet had sufficient time at my disposal to try
out any of the Web facilities, however so far I have been pretty impressed
with the album organising, and slide-show, along with the quick and simple
editing features, which IMO for that alone was well worth the download.

I'm hoping to try out the web side of things in the next few days, once
again my thanks to Malcolm and yourself.
