| Hi group, How do I transfer a mini cassette to dvd. The cassette is smaller than 8mm. Not to clued up on this as it is only a one off. Tried to connect camera to my vcr an copy to video tape then go to disk. Cam will not record to my video. I hope this is making sense. Any help , I will be very gratefull for. Have a look at the 'mini cassette' and see if it is marked as MiniDV. If it is then the best way to capture such video is to connect the Firewire socket on the camera to Firewire on your PC. If the PC doesn't have on then the card is less than £15 these days. If it isn't you will need to tell us exactly *what* it is! (I hope it isn't MicroMV!)
