Default MS Movie Maker v. Premier Elements

I was extolling the virtues of Elements to a colleague today, and he asked
if MM could also do the same.
Well, is there a comparison chart that shows what each can do? Simple DVD
authoring; capture from DV, scene edit, add music, titles and chapters.

Why not just download each (in the case of Elements, the trail
version) and try them out?
