Default Panasonic NVGS30 "TO PC"

Sorry folks, it is labelled TO PC and looks like a 3.5mm socket.

Going to Panasonic's web-site and looking at the manual for this
unit supplies the answer! Perhaps you have a very different manual.

Panasonic say (on page 35) that you need the "Personal Computer
Connection Kit" (VW-DTA30E/VW-DTA29E), which appears to come with
instructions as to how to use it.

As I don't have this camera I have no idea what this 'kit'
comprises I'm afraid!

Regards,
Harry.

Then it's likely to be a 4-pole jack/socket which gives video,
sound-right, sound-left and ground.

Most Sony camcorders come with a connector supplied (with RCAs (phonos))
at the other end.

Lanc connectors are 2.5mm.
