Default Recommendations needed (but I have a fair idea)

Im looking for a cheapish camcorder which is in line with the following:

1) Small
2) Lightweight
3) Decent ish image quality (I have a 3.2mp camera that can do video, it
needs to be better than this)
4) No requirement for photos - I have the camera for that!
5) Pretty good in poor light - want to do a lot of woodland filming

As an added bonus, on a maybe more expensive camera;

6) Nightvision
7) MP3
8) Rotatable viewscreen

I have found the following camera (beware of text wrapping)

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...duct_uid=61575

I like the price, the size, the mp3, the viewfinder. I dont like the poor
reviews of film quality. Does anyone have any experience of this camera, or
know where I can download a film of its quality so I can ese how good/poor
it is before a purchase.
Alternately, any other cameras considered upto a budget max of £180

Regards
Lee

The only half-decent camcorder anywhere near your budget is
the JVC GR-D240 at about £197 from Digital Direct.
