Hi,
I have a Fuji Finepix S602 which can capture short videos and save them
as AVI files. I have one thats only about 10 secs long, but I had the camera
held portrait instead of landscape.

Does any one know of any freeware / shareware software that can rotate my
AVI file for me. I'm getting a stiff neck keep looking at it sideways when I
playback

VirtualDub worked for me in Windows Media player, but it stutters when I
play back in Nero 6, when I'm trying to make SVCD.

Any tips ?

Nope I just happen to know that Virtual dub would rotate. Now as the from a
digicam what frame rate are they as still cams sometimes record at 12 to 15
fps to save disc space.
The only SVCD that I have recorded Via Nero's Mpeg 2 plugin was upside down.
but straight from Studio was fine.
