Default app 1.5 with dual monitors

I have adobe premier pro 1.5 (on Windows XP) and if possible I'd like to
make use of the dual monitors I have on my PC. My graphics card is an Nvidia
GF4 Ti4200. I've hunted around inside APP but can't find anywhere where it
allows you to make good use of dual monitors - or maybe I'm not looking in
the right place. What I'd like is to run APP on the primary monitor and
output the preview window to full screen on the second monitor. Is this
possible? I know I can output the preview to an external full screen using
the firewire cable, but if I could bypass that and just use the second port
on my graphics card that would be simpler.
If APP can't do what I seek, is there another high end windows video editor
that can do this?
Thanks for any help.

In my case with a Matrox G550 I have DVD clone enabled in Matrox Or if you
prefer Display Properties. This mean when my Studio ( or for that mater
media Player ect is showing a Video the secondary monitor Displays the
preview as full screen.
I expect your cards Properties Have such a setting too

You can stretch the Premiere window across two monitors. You can
arrange for the Preview window to be on one monitor. Maybe this isn't
technically "full screen". Does this matter?
