 Audio codec? Which audio compression to I need to select when converting dvd to divx , I only have the option for "uncompressed pcm" is that the right one for reducing the file size the most ? (Using flaskmpeg)   |

You need to use one of the codecs that will be installed on most or all of the PCs. If it's just yours, use whatever gets the most compression and best quality (on mine it would be AC3). |

If it's not on your machine, it's not necessarily going to be on someone elses machine. |

| Audio codec? something is wrong here since my divx movies come out half the size of original, the save should be six times. i see u dont know so thanks for your helpfulness. |

It doesn't come as part of Windows. Get an ac3 codec at http://ac3filter.sourceforge.net/ |
