any decent tv store / currys / comet etc should be able to supply an
s-video cable.
your camera is supplied with one , so what did you do with it ?

The OP is an AOLer - what more can one expect when even some DIY
'sheds' stock the lead in question... :~(

At a not inconsiderable price. You'd perhaps be better advised to get
one from the on-line Maplins website. A friend (who's not a tekkie) was
charged £90 for a SCART cable to use with his huge plasma TV. The same
cable is being sold at Maplins at £29.

Not everyone is as clued up as you, Jerry. There's a large number of
people out there who don't know a S-video cable from a widget. You might
be better advised in helping them rather than insulting them.

agreed maplins would be a good idea , BUT , what happened to the one
supplied with the camera ?

at least when being shown what one looks like in a tv store , he may
suddenly realise that the cable he is looking for is still sitting in
the camera box, or the one he should have been supplied with wasn't
and it would then be up to seller of camera to supply the correct
cable.

You need to sort your killfile out Tony....according to your own posturing
you've placed Jerry in there, ooooh, a million or so times?

And yet he *STILL* keeps getting out somehow! And what with you being an
expert (LOL) in all things Technology as well?

What a shame!

Wow, there's some twisted logic if ever I heard it.

Have you ever considered that Usenet groups such as this are about the
friendly exchange of knowledge?

Oh its you I'm replying to Jerry, forget I asked!
