| Yes it is off topic, but I suspect that this group may possibily have some spare capacity at the moment given the handful of unique threads over the last month... Apologies if you have all seen this already, but this is amazing.... http://www.wired.com/news/technology...,66498,00.html I never would have believed the resolving power of a lens combined with an awesome sensor could make images this incredible.. Pictures are on the left...but the article and the guys website is well worth a read... |

As I read the article, he's using a home built high res film camera for the original image acquisition and then scanning and printing potions of the neg. Interesting though.
