| Hi, Could someone tell me for sure whether the MVX330I has a built in video light. The Product Specification on Canon's web site states that it does not have a built in light. The Brochure howerver, states that it does. Unfortuantly I have not be able to find this model in the stores nearby to check for myself. If someone has experince with this model, please let me know if the light exists or not. thanks, keith |

Keith, It does have a built-in mini video light but according to a Dutch video magazine "you shouldn't expect miracles from it". The range is limited and it doesn't illuminate the entire scene. It also has a built-in flash for taking stills which has a somewhat larger range. Otherwise it seems to be an excellent camcorder. Should you need more details: I downloaded the complete user manual from http://www.canon-asia.com/index.jsp?...t&prod_type=dv -- Lou van Wijhe Website: http://home.hccnet.nl/jl.van.wijhe/ AntiSpam: Vervang INVALID in e-mail adres door NL AntiSpam: Replace INVALID in e-mail address by NL |

It has a flash for still shots. On the whole the camera is a cracking little camcorder and we're amazed by the picture quality. Henry |
