Default Panasonic have a program called dvd-moviealbum-se ?

"Apparently Panasonic have a program called dvd-moviealbum-se which
allows editing of dvd-ram disks in a suitable pc-drive and then copying
final file to harddrive on pc as a mpeg file. Does anyone know anything
about this and where to get it from." Cheers - Chris Brady.
