Default Exporting a (JPG) still from VirtualDub

More or less : Open video file, find desired frame. Hit Ctrl+1 (or
menu : Video - Copy source frame to clipboard)

Paste into [paint/photoshop/imageready/etc etc] for further editing
(which you'll almost certainly have to do) and then Save-As JPEG from
your art package.

Can it be done?

I've selected a single frame in an captured AVI file but can't seem to
find a menu option to save it as a JPG file.

There are plenty of references (found via Google) saying it _can_ be
done, but I've not found one that says _how_ to do it.

Any pointers or other help gratefully received.

TIA
