| More or less : Open video file, find desired frame. Hit Ctrl+1 (or menu : Video - Copy source frame to clipboard) Paste into [paint/photoshop/imageready/etc etc] for further editing (which you'll almost certainly have to do) and then Save-As JPEG from your art package.
