Thanks and regards Fadel I presume Premier has it's own MPEG encoder. Check if that has options to produce a DVD complient MPEG2 file. |

| I have created other DVD with the same set up. So Premiere has its ownMPEG2 set up. This one is of a length of one hour. Might that be the problem? Thanks for your help Fadel |

Thanks for your help Fadel DVD has it's own stricter MPEG2 standard. That's why DVD authoring software can have problems with MPEG2 files created by general purpose video editors. You need to render files to the stricter DVD standard, and a decent editor should help by offering say low, medium or high DVD rendering. If you just select MPEG2 you will be able to use bitrates that are too high for DVD. If Adobe Premier dosn't do this you can always export as DV AVI and use an external MPEG transcoder such as that from Mainconcept. |
