Default Pinnacle 9 NTSC issue

Hi

I purchased Pinnacle 9 overseas only to find that I cant seem to work with
certain files (eg AVIs) with it. As it turns out, I think it has to do with
the version being locked to NTSC (Nth American version), and my camcorder
would have recorded in PAL (as used in home country). This is only my guess
though.

Any ideas to rectify this?
Cheers

the european version of studio 9 handles both ntsc and pal.
to my knowledge the us version doesn't.

try pinnacle's webboard for confirmation.
