I have bought a new camcorder and I cannot find an eject button for the

Thanks

Have you tried reading the handbook?

If I'd responded like this, I'd have been subject to a torrent of abuse
:-)

And I expect I will be soon. We can commiserate together.

My suspicious mind tells me things I'd better not write in here.

I'm thinking why should I spend my time helping people here when just a
few think it's smart to attack and abuse you when you do.

Used to be a good newsgroup too. I used to get some satisfaction in
helping folks here, but now it's just got very unpleasant so I think
I'll bow out and let the trouble-makers get on with it.

Don't let a few yobs get on top of you.

I know you and I have had a couple of arguments along the way, but
nothing like the **** that's been thrown at you this week. Folk who hide
behind "handles" on the 'net aren't generally worth bothering with. Kill
file them and stick around.

All he has to do is get down off the pedestal he has placed himself on and
there will be no problems, no one knows it all, and as soon as Mr Morgan
stops acting as though he is God's gift to the group the sooner people will
stop finding fault. There is a lot he does know about _digital video_, but
there is also a lot he does not know about _digital video editing_.

I don't really wish to see Mr Morgan leave the group, but at the end of the
day I suspect there are others who (between them) know as much as Mr Morgan.

I presume I'm still in your killfile so you won't see this... oh well.
Back in the days before you turned up here (which really wasn't that long
ago), there were just as many arguments between people. Some got very
heated with the old fanatics extolling the virtues of their systems over
someone elses, etc. It doesn't change. So with or without you, there
will still be arguments. You might as well stay. KF people like me who
"don't contribute anything" (?) and read/help the others.

ROFL....

The "old soldier" doesn't hold up I'm afraid. Try doing a Google
newsgroup search.

Anyway the (more than 50) e-mails I've received have already encouraged
me to stay.

You shouldn't point to google, it's proven far more reliable than your
memory! LOL.

And I didn't say otherwise. Oh, you snipped that bit.
