| I watched a video last night after doing some work on a project, so I was in that frame of mind where I was looking out for how they'd done things. Anyway, they had some very stylish (not OTT) motion titles, with the names of actors etc. What's good software for doing that kind of thing? TIA - Dave. |

Ok, how many Sonicfoundry employees are in this group exactly then eh? ![]() damn conspiracy, Vegas is like £400 isnt it?! put me off slightly You might like to try what we used to do in the good old analogue days. Print your titles on sheets of A4 (optionally on coloured paper), pin them to the wall, and pan down with the camcorder on close-up/macro. Even easier if you have a tripod. Just cut-and-paste together with your video editor (though we didn't do that in days of yore - just shot the titles back-to-back). -- Tony Morgan http://www.camcord.info |

And it is Free! Loz |

Of course EditStudio does rolling credits, but it also does many other things with text too. As that link showed, the text can follow a spline path. Or is that what you meant by credit roll? Loz |
