I'm looking for a device for my TV that does both freeview hd and will

I think you'll find because the TV manufacturers failed to make a decent
standard for streaming, your mileage will vary according to what TV set
you buy, whether it actually works as the manufacturer claims it does.
More often than not, it doesn't work, and the ASA etc. allow the
manufacturers to get way with their claims that streaming video to the
set works - when it actually doesn't
I suggest looking into online web forums for sets you have in mind, and
how much work it takes to get a specific item... computer or hard drive,
to stream data to the TV.
Hell, TV manufacturers failed to standardise the frame rate for HD, so we
still have the bull**** of PAL / NTSC releases, made worse when you make
video and send it to a friend abroad.
The manufacturers are lazy *******s. |
