Typical: products sold in PAL-land which are really NTSC products with a bit
of post-processing to extrapolate the extra spatial resolution or
interpolate the lower temporal resolution.

A lot of digital stills cameras which can also take movies can only do so at
30 fps and not 25 fps, even though they can be switched to output to TV at
either PAL or NTSC resolution/rate.
