Using a PC, you can use either AnyDVD or DVD Cloner V.
If you use AnyDVD, anything read into your PC has DRM (Digital Rights
Management) cleaned off the video, but you'll need something like Nero
to copy/burn another DVD.

DVD Cloner removes the DRM, copies and burns without additional
software.
