I'm on Virgin broadband. Having tried everything at my end and failed to get
a "reasonable" service...note this is reasonable i.e. web pages open before
timing out and failed attempts for around three weeks now I called premium
rate to be told the number was for cable only. Another number and got the
speed tester to try. I'm stuck now because most of the time I can't run the
test, due to it being busy, when I can run it (6am or 11pm), I'm in the
acceptable range! It says if that's the case it's just down to congestion
etc etc. Well, not having internet access due to congestion is not
acceptable. Slower, maybe I can live with but I have nothing.

When my 12 months is over I'm leaving...
