Hauppauge PVR-250 or PVR-350 (Has FM radio) Worked flawlessly on my
old P II 400 mHz/80 gb HD system - the only way I could do any of this
work on that machine! (Speed & Drive space).These are PCI cards.

Just make sure it actually states somewhere that the encoder is
hardware based! I've read a lot of adverts. where they are very
ambiguous about this.
